Things you must have completed to fish our qualifiers

1. Know where to find our website… www.lhsbn.com

2. Use it and know that most information can be found there

3. Be a BASS member in good standing with current membership. ($10/ year)

4. Be a member of a BASS affiliated school team/ club, or community club. Junior club for Juniors.

5. Be a member of BASS Nation ($10/ Year paid through your club)

6. Fill out the online tournament entry form for the tournament. (Link is on website below)

7. Pay the $52 per team entry fee before the deadline.

8. Fill out one “Angler Waiver” for each angler, for a total of two. Once a season.

9. Found on the website on the home page under “Latest Info and News”

10. Fill out a “Captain Waiver” for the captain of the team. Once a season.

• If you activate a back up captain, it must be approved by the director.

• Backup captains must fill out a Captains Waiver before the registration deadline.

• If a captain changes from one tournament to the next, you must notify us via email and let us know.

• Read all pre-tournament documents and rules.

• Everything above must be completed by 11:59pm, the Friday, a week before our official practice day.
